We are pleased to offer a refund or exchange any unworn and unmarked goods (with the exception of discounted or clearance items) that are within their original packaging and box in a saleable condition. Items must be returned back to us within 30 days along with the original sales receipt, at which time refunds will be issued in the form of original payment. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Refunds are processed immediately once we are in receipt of your returned items, however please allow up to 14 days for funds to be credited back to your account.
In accordance to your rights we will be pleased to refund any justified complaints goods are found to be defective as to quality description or performance.
Unfortunately we are unable to provide refunds if the goods have been worn or you have changed your mind or if goods have been damaged after purchase or if the goods have been purchased from our clearance.
PLEASE NOTE: If you are returning goods please remember they are your responsibility as a customer until they reach us.
For your own protection we recommend that you send any returns using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods for example Royal Mail Special or Recorded Delivery in the UK or a Courier service.
We do not pay for return postage, this will be at your own cost.
